Kurt Clemente is a senior project manager in BCRS’ Office of the Associate Administrator. Clemente previously worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as an auditor, budget analyst, and an information technology project manager. Clemente continues to serve as an adjunct faculty staff with several universities and colleges, teaching project management and exam prep courses.

Beatriz (Betty) Gramley returns to HRSA as a review administrator in OFAM’s Division of Independent Review. Gramley previously served as a project officer in the HIV/AIDS Bureau.

Toni Thomas is a review administrator in OFAM’s Division of Independent Review. Thomas has previous experience working with grants in the private sector.
